You can begin using AKOYA up to two weeks before your breast lipofilling procedure. Apply the cream twice daily and massage it in thoroughly. Postoperative treatment can be continued for up to three weeks. Beyond this, AKOYA may also be used as part of your daily skincare routine — stimulating circulation in the deeper skin layers and promoting healthier, more radiant skin.

For best results, start applying Akoya Breast Cream up to two weeks before your lipofilling procedure. Massage a thin layer into the breast area twice daily. The cream creates a pleasant warming sensation while stimulating circulation and preparing the skin.

After your procedure, you may apply Akoya two to three times daily. Massage the cream in deeply with gentle circular movements, allowing it to penetrate well into the skin.
